Karakalpakstan & Khorezm: Partly cloudy on February 10, with light snow expected on February 11-12. Fog may appear in some areas. Night temperatures will range from -10°C to -3°C, while daytime temperatures will be between -3°C and +2°C.

Bukhara & Navoi: Snowfall and fog are expected at times. Winds may strengthen up to 15-20 m/s on February 12. Night temperatures will drop to -10°C in the north, while daytime temperatures will be between -3°C and +7°C.

Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh & Syrdarya: Partly cloudy skies with rain and snow expected. Winds may reach 15-20 m/s on February 10. Night temperatures will vary from -5°C to +3°C, while daytime temperatures will be 0°C to +7°C.

Kashkadarya & Surkhandarya: Occasional rain and snow, with fog in some places. Winds may reach 15-20 m/s on February 10. Night temperatures will drop to -5°C, while daytime temperatures will range from 0°C to +7°C.

Andijan, Namangan & Fergana: No precipitation on February 10, but rain and snow are expected on February 11-12. Night temperatures will be -5°C to 0°C, while daytime temperatures will be 0°C to +7°C.

Mountainous Regions: Snowfall and fog are expected, with temperatures dropping to -12°C at night. Daytime temperatures will range from -5°C to +2°C.

Additionally, authorities have warned of snow drifts in the Tashkent and Namangan mountain areas between February 8-12 due to fluctuating temperatures.
