In Russia, a citizen wanted to bring a Kalashnikov assault rifle with golden water into Tashkent.  This was reported by the Press Service of the Ural Customs Department.

It is noted that the citizen who wanted to bring the machine gun into Uzbekistan intended to give it to a friend.

The gold-plated Kalashnikov assault rifle was a 7.62 mm caliber AK-74M.

“Made in 1974, the receiver, sight and magazine of the pistol are covered with an inlaid patterned serum, and the stock and front are made of precious wood.  “The price of similar products on the market reaches 500,000 rubles,” the report said.

Currently, the item has been handed over to specialists by customs officials to determine the possibility of its transition to combat status.
