Grant admission quotas at higher educational institutions in Uzbekistan have been approved

Today, on June 17, the decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev titled “On the parameters of the state order for admission to state higher education institutions for the 2023/2024 academic year” was adopted.

According to the decree, the state grant quotas for state higher education institutions for the 2023/2024 academic year are as follows:

34,860 people for full-time undergraduate education.

8,923 for the master’s degree.

Furthermore, ministries and agencies responsible for higher education institutions within their system, as well as higher education institutions with financial independence, are required to approve admission parameters based on payment contracts by June 20, 2023.
