104365A 51-room courtyard near Dormon road, Mirzo Ulugbek district, Tashkent city, was sold at an auction. Its price is 32 billion 619 million sums, and it was bought by “Mob Group” company.
The sale of this yard with a total area of 52 square meters is the largest residential auction transaction for Uzbekistan. According to the information on the E-AUCTION portal, it was sold with equipment in the yard, 135 types of goods and material assets.
“Tashkent city, Mirzo Ulugbek district, house 50 Ravon street, Mirzo Ulugbek district, Zaytun street 70, today is used as one house, both houses as one house and along with the properties in it are being sold through an electronic online auction”, the sales information says. According to the description of the lot, the 1- and 2-story buildings built in 2017 have a total of 51 rooms. The total area of the house, located on an area of 0.52 hectares, is 2052.88 square meters. There is also gas, water, electricity supply and sewerage in the yard.
The real estate object, which was put up for auction for the first time in early 2022, was not sold due to its high price. But by August 2023, it was found that could afford to buy it. This is the company “Mob Group”, the winner of the auction is engaged in the delivery of restaurants and food products.
Odilbek Mannonov, the main founder of this enterprise, also owns companies in the field of education.
The interesting thing is that in the initial announcements about the sale of the yard, it was put up for auction by the order of the Military Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 91 dated 15.04.2021 and the decision of Bureau Inspector S. Ahmedov dated 20.12.2021. was shown.
