How many twins were born in Uzbekistan yesterday?

25 sets of twins were born overnight in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Ministry of Health.

It is noted that the total number of births was 2,508 between 21 December 08:00 a.m. and 22 December 08:00 a.m. this year. Of these, 1,289 are boys, 1,219 are girls, and 25 were twins.

The cross-section of regions with the highest number of births is as follows:

In Namangan region – 271 people;

In Samarkand region – 259 people;

In Fergana region – 256 people;

In Kashkadarya region – 235 people;

218 people in Tashkent region.

For information, 41,784 calls were made to the “Ambulance” service on this day.

We remind you that 18,230 twin babies were born in Uzbekistan during January-November of this year (10 months).
