A person suspected of murder in Uzbekistan was apprehended in Kazakhstan

A wanted individual accused of committing a murder in Samarkand was apprehended within Kazakhstan's borders, according to the regional DIA's information service.

The report states that a 29-year-old citizen, O.A., allegedly responsible for the murder of R.G. on Qadoqchilar Street in Samarkand, had been evading investigative authorities until being apprehended in Kazakhstan through search operations.

The report further mentions ongoing investigative procedures against the suspect.

Recall that a Uzbek citizen, wanted for 16 years, was apprehended in the Russian city of Irkutsk.
