Dollar rate rises again in Uzbekistan

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set the value of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum, effective from August 16.

According to the bank, the official exchange rate of the U.S. dollar increased by 27.28 soums, reaching 12,650.05 soums.

The euro rate also rose by 12.37 soums, amounting to 13,930.24 soums.

The Russian ruble increased by 3.14 soums, bringing it to 142.60 soums.
