Presidential Decree No. PF-24, dated January 31 of this year, brought about amendments to certain documents.
As per the decree, starting from February 1, 2024, the specified allowances have been raised to 621,000 soums, covering:
- Allowance for senior citizens lacking necessary work experience.
- Minimum old-age pension with incomplete work experience, considering additional payment.
- Allowance for legal representatives caring for disabled children under 18.
- Allowance for one disabled family member of survivors' allowance recipients (212,000 soums for each).
- Minimum pension for one disabled family member of survivors' pension recipients.
It's worth noting that these amounts are determined based on the official minimum consumption costs.
