How many babies were born in Uzbekistan over 9 months?

A total of 664,600 live births were registered in Uzbekistan between January and September 2025, according to the National Statistics Committee.
Of this number, 649,041 were single births, 15,136 were twin births, and 421 involved the birth of three or more babies.
Earlier reports noted that Samarkand region ranked first in terms of the highest number of births. A total of 80,903 babies were born in the region during the nine-month period.
