8 documents were exchanged between Uzbekistan and Singapore

Today, 17 January, within the framework of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Singapore, 8 documents were exchanged between the two countries.  This was reported by the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As we reported earlier, talks were held with Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Singapore President Halima Yaqub, and Prime Minister Li Hsien Loong.

After the negotiations, a bilateral document exchange ceremony was held.

In the presence of the heads of delegations, 8 documents aimed at further expansion of Uzbekistan-Singapore cooperation at the level of the governments, ministries, and agencies of the two countries were exchanged.

In particular, agreements on cooperation in the fields of education, transport, health care, and human resources, including the training of civil servants were adopted.

Agreements were also reached on trade and economic partnership and cooperation between the prosecutor's offices of the two countries.
