In the Kurgantepa district of the Andijan region, underground routes of illegal transportation from the Kyrgyz Republic were discovered. This was reported by the State Security Service.
It is noted that between 3-9 February this year, from the territory of the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region of the Kyrgyz Republic through the state border of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the territory of the Kurgantepa district of the Andijan region, the width of each is 60 cm, the height is 1.5 meters, it was found that there are two underground passages with a length of about 150-200 meters.
“Currently, investigations are being conducted in connection with these cases within the framework of the criminal case initiated by Article 223 of the Criminal Code,” the report said.
