Uzbekistan U-17 team’s opponents in the World Cup announced

On May 25, the official draw ceremony for the FIFA U-17 World Cup was held, during which the Uzbekistan national team learned its opponents for the group stage.
According to the draw results, Uzbekistan U-17 was placed in Group G alongside:
- Paraguay
- Uzbekistan
- Panama
- Ireland
Uzbekistan will begin its World Cup campaign on November 5 with a match against Paraguay. The team will then face Ireland on November 8, followed by its final group stage match against Panama on November 11.
As part of preparations for the tournament, the Uzbekistan U-17 national team will hold a training camp in South America in June. Under the guidance of head coach Islambek Ismailov, the team is scheduled to play friendly matches against the youth national teams of Chile (June 10 and 13) and Bolivia (June 17 and 19).
