Gold and foreign exchange reserves of Uzbekistan have decreased

Uzbekistan’s gold and foreign exchange reserves as of 1 February amounted to $34.425.3 million. The country’s international reserves declined by $713.9 million over the past month. This was reported by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan’s foreign exchange reserves (in convertible foreign currency) declined by $532.6 million in the month, amounting to $12.545 billion.

During one month, Uzbekistan’s gold reserves diminished by 175.1 million dollars and balanced at 20 billion, 774.6 million dollars. The country’s net gold reserves remained unchanged at 11.6 million troy ounces.
