The improvement of Uzbekistan's position in the rating was caused by significant increases in crime and justice, and state budget sub-indicators. In particular, it was noted that the processes of digitalization of public procurement, the creation of the system of implementation through online platforms, the digitalization of the court system processes, and ensuring the rate of openness were taken into consideration.
