Where does Uzbekistan buy the most chocolate?

From January to August 2024, Uzbekistan imported the most chocolate and cocoa products from Russia, according to the Statistics Agency.
During this period, Uzbekistan imported a total of 32,000 tons of chocolate and cocoa products from 35 countries, valued at $94 million. This represents an increase of 4,300 tons compared to the same period last year.
The top countries supplying chocolate and cocoa products to Uzbekistan over the past eight months were:
- Russia: 22.6 thousand tons
- Poland: 2.3 thousand tons
- Netherlands: 1.3 thousand tons
- Kazakhstan: 1.2 thousand tons
- Turkey: 655 tons
- Germany: 320 tons
- France: 154 tons
- Italy: 135 tons
Additionally, it was previously reported where the cheapest soup would be sold in Uzbekistan in September.
