Today, 9 December, the population of Uzbekistan has exceeded 36 million.  Currently, the total population of the country is 36 million and 1236 people.  This was reported by the State Statistics Committee.

The number of men has reached 18,760,222, while the number of women is 17,849,415.

It is noted that as of 1 November 2022, the population of the country was 35 million 821 thousand 29 people.  That is, the population of Uzbekistan has increased by 180,207 people over more than a month.
