A new chairman of the board was appointed to Uzbekistan Airways 

Shuhrat Shavkatovich Khudoykulov was appointed as the chairman of Uzbekistan Airways Joint Stock Company. This was reported by the Press Service of "Uzbekistan Airways". 

According to the decision of the Agency for Strategic Reforms under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the sole shareholder of JSC "Uzbekistan Airways", Shuhrat Shavkatovich Khudoykulov was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Uzbekistan Airways" on 10 March. 

Shuhrat Khudoykulov was born on 26 July 1984, in the city of Urganch.  He graduated from St. Petersburg the State University of Civil Aviation, majoring in "Organization of Aviation Transportation". 

In 2006, he joined the MAK team of "Uzbekistan Havo Yollari" and started his career as an agent for the organization of air transportation at "Tashkent" international airport. Between 2006 and 2019, he worked in various positions in the airlines of Uzbekistan, including the representative offices of the airline abroad, as the director of the sales department of the national airline.  From 2019 to the current new appointment, he worked as the Deputy Chairman of the Board for Commerce and Tourism at Uzbekistan Airways JSC.
