The movement of citizens and vehicles through the border-customs checkpoint “Do’stlik”, located on the Uzbek-Kyrgyz border, is temporarily stopped. This is reported by the press service under the Andijan regional government.
It is noted that construction and reconstruction works are carried out at the checkpoint “Do’stlik” of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“Therefore, on 10 August from 08:00am to 12:00pm the movement of citizens and vehicles through the border-customs checkpoint “Do’stlik” will be temporarily suspended”, - the report said.
For reference, in 2022 it is planned to open 3-4 additional checkpoints on the Uzbek-Kyrgyz border.
