Public services will be implemented to determine whether a dwelling was listed on “demolition list”

Yesterday, 20 April, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted a decision “On approval of single administrative building regulations in the field of construction."

The decision approved the administrative regulations for the provision of public services in the followings cases:

• agreeing to change the appearance of buildings and structures;
• issuance of permits for re-specialization, reconstruction of buildings and structures, as well as the design of additional buildings and structures on its territory;
• development of architectural-planning assignment;
• coordination of design and estimate documentation;
• registration of the facility to start construction and installation works;
• issuance of permits for the use of completed construction and installation works;
• Provide information on whether the property is listed on the “demolition list” or not.

Accordingly, contacting the State Services Center or the Single Portal of Interactive Services of the Government of Uzbekistan is the way to obtain a certificate of the condition of the demolition of dwellings.

Applications for the reference can be submitted through the Single Portal of Interactive Services of the Government of Uzbekistan within 24 hours, regardless of weekends and holidays.

The reference will be issued within 3 working days and will be sent to the applicant's e-mail address, which will have been recorded.
