President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan received Chairman of the National Council of Turkmenistan Gulshat Mammadova today, 8 September.
Gulshan Mammadova is in Uzbekistan within the framework of the Summit of Women Leaders of World Parliaments, which is being held in Tashkent.
At the meeting, the Head of State noted with satisfaction the current high level of relations between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, based on strong friendship and good neighborliness, trust, and strategic partnership.
