What did the Vice President of Turkey discuss with Mirziyoyev?

Yesterday, on May 1, it was reported that the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, received a delegation led by the Vice President of Turkey, Javdat Yilmaz. Yilmaz had come to the country to participate in the third Tashkent International Investment Forum, during Yilmaz's trip to Tashkent, QALAMPIR.UZ journalist Feruza Najmiddinova asked him what he discussed with the President.

"I have been following Mr. Mirziyoyev for a long time. He is a very strong leader who has accomplished great things for his country. Uzbekistan is undergoing significant changes, such as entering the free market, opening to the outside world, implementing reforms, and developing organizational structures. I have witnessed these changes whenever I visit. Sometimes, changes may not be as evident to those living within the country; however, they are more visible to outsiders. Uzbekistan is undergoing changes akin to the construction of a building. We discussed not only the developments in Uzbekistan and our bilateral cooperation but also our relations on other platforms, such as the Organization of Turkic States," said the Vice President of Turkey.

Yilmaz mentioned that he had the opportunity to hear Mirziyoyev's opinions on various issues.

"He focused on some important issues. We will also work closely with Mr. Jamshid Kochkarov on those matters," added Javdat Yilmaz.
