People's artist of Uzbekistan, circus master Hakim Zaripov Karimovich has died at the age of 99. This was reported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Circus master Hakim Zaripov was born on 17 September 1924 in Tashkent.  In 1947, he graduated from the Uzbekistan State Conservatory.

Hakim Zaripov, who started his career in 1942 as a rider in the "Uzbek State Circus" republican association, was one of the representatives of the Zaripov dynasty, which has been teaching young people the secrets of circus art and performing on the world stage for more than half a century.

Hakim Zaripov "lived" in the circus arena all his life and between 1946-1997 he took a worthy place in the history of the world circus as a master of circus art, a talented rider, animal trainer, clown, film actor and stuntman.
