Zoyir Mirzayev dismissed the leaders of Qibray

Yesterday, on August 17, an extraordinary session of the Qibray District Council of People’s Deputies was held.  In it, the governor of the Tashkent region, Zoyir Mirzayev, released the deputies of the mayor of Qibray district, all other specialists of the governorate.  This was reported by the regional administration.

It is noted that an organizational issue was included in the agenda of the session.  Regional governor Zoyir Mirzayev gave an analytical speech at this meeting and touched upon the current issues of economic and social development of the district.

At the session, he mentioned that nearly 20,000 citizens of the district are abroad as labor migrants, which is an unacceptable situation for Qibray.

It is known that by the end of six months, the volume of production of industrial products in the district has not changed compared to last year, on the contrary, 8 enterprises have stopped their activities.

According to the KPI system, assistant mayors in the districts received a total of 76 points, which is the 13th place in the region.

“In the next two years, 7 exporting companies working in the district transferred their account numbers to other districts.  So they didn’t want to work with the officials here.  There is a lot of lawlessness and mismanagement in the field of construction and agriculture in Qibrai.  It’s time to arrange it,” says Mirzayev.

It was also mentioned in the session that it is necessary to fight against the underground economy in Qibray district, and for this purpose, it is necessary to create a special working group under the chairmanship of the district governor.

“Deputies of the governor of Qibray district, all other specialists of the governorate will be released from their duties starting today.  Their activities will be assessed legally, if there are no defects, then they will continue their work,” says Zoyir Mirzayev.

In addition, heads of all state organizations and law enforcement agencies in Qibray district will be dismissed from their positions.  Their performance will also be evaluated within a week.

“Qibrai experience” of working with personnel will be introduced.  Young people are recruited for vacant positions and district organizations on the basis of competition.  It is impossible not to treat Qibray in this way,” says the mayor.

In this session, Zoyir Mirzayev criticized the fact that there is no place for 4,000 children in kindergartens in Kibrai today, and the coverage of preschool education is only 67%.

“There is not a single kindergarten in 16 neighborhoods of the district.  For example, there are no kindergartens for children in such neighborhoods as “Kurilish”, “May”, “O’ngorgon”, “Uyamovut”!  Working with appeals in the district is deplorable.  Of the 1,697 appeals received, only 8 percent were resolved positively.  8 admissions, 128 citizens.  That is, an average of 4 citizens participated in one reception.  When the mayor held a reception, 4 citizens came.  Who believes this?  Is this eye makeup?!  According to the results of the meeting chaired by the head of state, governor Mira’zam Mirqasimov was released from his post based on the above, as well as his shortcomings in the field of investment and industry,” says Mirzayev.
