A fire broke out early on August 11 at the Uch Qahramon market in the Tashkent district of the Tashkent region, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
The regional Fire Safety Department received the report at 02:22. Fire and rescue crews arrived at the scene by 02:29 and began extinguishing the blaze. In total, 10 fire and rescue teams were involved in the operation.
According to preliminary information, no injuries were reported. The fire was contained at 03:24 and fully extinguished by 04:46.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire and assess the amount of material damage.
