A 200-meter section of Taras Shevchenko Street in the Mirabad district of Tashkent will be reopened for all types of traffic from February 4, 2025, at 18:00. This announcement was made by the press service of the district administration.

The closure, which began on November 27, 2024, was part of a larger effort to develop the street into a 24/7 entertainment and gastronomic destination. The completion of the main work for the second stage of the project has now made it possible to reopen the section of Taras Shevchenko Street, from the area near Comprehensive School No. 94 to the intersection with Said Baraka Street.

This reopening comes after temporary restrictions were placed on traffic along Beruni Highway in the Shaykhantohur district due to road repair and reconstruction work.
