Fire breaks out in multi-storey residential building in Tashkent (video)

A fire broke out overnight on January 14 in one of the multi-storey residential buildings located in Tashkent’s Mirzo Ulugbek district. The Tashkent City Department for Emergency Situations reported the incident.
According to the department, a report was received at 23:59 indicating that a fire had occurred in one of the apartments of a multi-storey building on Niyaziy Street.
Fire and rescue crews arrived at the scene at 00:04, and the fire was fully extinguished by 00:37. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
It is worth noting that earlier reports stated that a fire had also occurred in the Tashkent City area of Shaykhontohur district.
