A Fire Occurs in an Apartment Building in Tashkent

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that a fire broke out in an apartment building in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent yesterday, the 11th of May.
According to their report, the City Emergency Department recieved a report at 15:24 p.m., that a fire had broken out in an apartment building located in the 14th Sevinch Mahalla of Yunusabad District. A rescue crew arrived on the scene at 15:32 p.m., and the fire was extinguished 22 minutes later.
There were no injuries or fatalities as a result of the fire, however, an area of 40 square meters was damaged including damage to household appliances. The cause of the fire and the amount of material damage are being determined.
