Some streets in Tashkent temporarily closed

Starting today, October 8, certain roads in Tashkent’s Mirzo Ulugbek and Yashnobod districts will be temporarily closed, the city’s Traffic Safety Department reported.
According to the announcement, the upper layers of the asphalt-concrete pavement (PSHMA-20) are being laid on New Uzbekistan street (from Ohangaron highway to D012 road), Jasorat street, and Dostlik street. The roadworks require partial closures along these routes.
Following these repair works, the above-mentioned areas will be closed to vehicles from today, October 8, until October 20.
