4218A section of Bobur Street in Tashkent will be temporarily restricted to car traffic, as announced by the information service of "Tashkent City Electric Networks" LLC.
The closure is due to the installation of a 110 kV high-voltage underground power transmission line to ensure a stable energy supply to consumers in the Shaykhontohur district. The work will take place in the Yakkasaray district, specifically from the intersection of Bobur Street with Shota Rustaveli Street to its intersection with Seul Street.
As a result, from October 16 to November 15, traffic will be limited to two lanes on this four-lane stretch of Bobur Street, with vehicles being directed to the remaining two lanes.
"We apologize for the inconvenience and advise drivers to use alternative routes to avoid potential traffic congestion," the statement reads.
Previously, similar restrictions were applied on Bobur Street for the installation of high-voltage underground power transmission cables.
