In Tashkent, officials who collected excessive taxes from entrepreneurs were dismissed from their positions

On social networks, there were reports that taxpayers in the city of Tashkent were charged excessive fees for profit tax.  The Tax Committee reacted to this situation.

It is noted that the situation was quickly reviewed by the Tax Committee.  The responsible employees of the committee were fired.  In particular, the head of the responsible control department of the Tax Committee, B.M., and the head of the Tashkent city department, O.L, were released from their positions for these shortcomings.

Also, the special titles of the head of the Tashkent City Tax Department Y.N. and the first deputy head of the Department J.M.

In addition, the head of the Tax Committee’s Taxpayer Services Department, Kh.B.

Following this, the duty to fully return the excess funds charged to the budget due to profit tax payments to the taxpayers by 13:00 p.m. today, 28 March.

According to the statement of the Tax Committee, a special department was tasked with conducting a service audit of the tax authorities of Tashkent city and sending the documents to the law enforcement authorities based on the results.
