Train derails in Tashkent

Today, 11 March, at 12:05 p.m., 3 wagons of a freight train on the route “Ko’qon-Toqimachi-Aris” (Kazakhstan) between “Hamza-Tashkent Tovar” railway stations in Yashnabad district derailed.  Hayat Shamsutdinov, the press secretary of the General Prosecutor’s Office, gave information about this.

It is noted that the train had a total of 51 different types of empty wagons.  There were no injured persons as a result of the incident.

According to Shamsutdinov, an investigation team is conducting an investigation at the scene of the incident.
