In the Yashnobod district of Tashkent, a 50-year-old man molested a minor girl in an elevator. QALAMPIR.UZ got acquainted with the court document.
It is reported that this incident occurred on April 26 of this year in an elevator in one of the multi-storey buildings located in the district's Aviasozlar 2 district. The man touched the body of a minor girl in the elevator and made lewd acts. The victim was a 15-year-old schoolgirl.
It is reported that the offender was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 41¹ (sexual molestation) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and was sentenced to five days of administrative detention.
It should be recalled that earlier, a school teacher in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent was sentenced to 5 days in prison for sexually abusing a student while promising to marry him.
