In October 2022, the average monthly rental price rose by 16.1% compared to September.

The largest increase was recorded in the city of Tashkent, 51.6%. The lowest growth was observed in the Khorezm region.
According to the committee, the prices of housing rental services have increased by an average of 20.9 percent since the beginning of the year compared with the corresponding period of the previous year, that is, an average annual increase of 24.2 percent.
