Passengers on a bus in Tashkent were involved in an altercation, during which a man spat in a girl's face and verbally insulted her. Nilufar Isakhanova, the press secretary of the head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs, provided details about the incident to QALAMPIR.UZ.

The event took place on November 28 at approximately 5:30 PM on a bus in the Uchtepa district. A dispute broke out between two passengers: B.O., born in 1992, and M.S., born in 2001. During the argument, B.O. spat in M.S.'s face and directed a series of insults at her.

The Uchtepa District Internal Affairs Bureau of the Federal Migration Service responded by issuing an administrative report against B.O. under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Petty Hooliganism). The collected documents were subsequently forwarded to the Uchtepa District Criminal Court for further proceedings.

A video of the incident, which has circulated on social media, shows B.O. provoking the altercation by pretending to remove his clothing and spitting in the girl's face, further insulting her in the process.

This comes after a previous incident in Tashkent, where drivers engaged in a physical altercation on the road. They exited their vehicles and fought in the middle of the carriageway, deliberately disregarding societal norms and disrupting public order.
