Tashkent authorities refute claims of 3-bag trash limit

Recent social media rumors suggesting a three-bag limit on household waste collection in Tashkent have been officially denied by the city administration. According to the Tashkent City Municipality, these claims are entirely baseless.

The administration clarified that no restrictions have been imposed on the collection and disposal of household waste in Tashkent.

“Services for collecting and removing waste for residents and businesses are continuing as usual,” the report states.

The administration also urged the public to rely on verified and official sources of information, emphasizing the importance of fact-checking.

It is worth noting that earlier reports highlighted an increase in waste collection service fees in Tashkent and Navoi regions.
