Teacher was arrested for molesting 3rd grade girls in Tashkent

A teacher was arrested in Tashkent for molesting 3rd grade girls. This was reported by Aziz Obidov, the press secretary of the Supreme Court.

It is reported that on November 15 of this year, between 15:30 and 16:00, students went to one of the private educational centers in Tashkent to study robotics. The teacher, who teaches this subject, grabbed the arms, legs, and body of the 3rd-grade girls who came to the lesson and committed sexual acts.

The Mirabad District Court for Criminal Cases found the teacher guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 41-1 (Sexual molestation) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and sentenced him to 5 days of administrative detention.

At the court hearing, he said he regretted his actions and that the incident was accidental.

It should be recalled that earlier in Tashkent, a man who molested an underage girl was sentenced to 3 days in prison.
