19-year-old tried to force foreigner to use snuff in Tashkent (video)

A video circulating on social media showing an unidentified individual offering a foreign citizen to use nasvai in Tashkent has sparked widespread discussion. The Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs has issued an official statement regarding the incident.

According to the report, on January 25 of this year, in one of the recreational parks located in the Chilonzor district, a 19-year-old identified as M.K., born in 2006, offered a foreign citizen to use nasvai. He also used obscene language and deliberately violated public order.

As a result of the incident, the Chilonzor District Department of Internal Affairs filed an administrative report against M.K. under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (minor hooliganism). The collected materials have been forwarded to the district criminal court for legal action.

It is worth recalling that earlier, a resident of Bukhara Region forced a bezoar goat listed in Uzbekistan’s Red Book to use nasvai, which also drew public outrage.
