A road transport incident involving 17 cars took place in Tashkent

Yesterday, 12 January, a traffic accident involving 17 cars occurred in Tashkent. This was reported by the Traffic Safety Service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the city.
It is noted that this traffic accident occurred at 20:40 p.m. on “Yanyi Shahar” street of Yunusabad district following a collision of several vehicles.
A total of 17 vehicles collided:
- Nexia 3 – 2;
- Nexia 1-2;
- Mercedes-Benz – 1;
- Best tune T 33 – 1;
- Damas – 1 piece;
- Matiz – 5;
- Spark – 2;
- Kia K 5 – 1;
- Volkswagen – 1;
- Isuzu truck – 1.
As a result of the traffic accident, 1 driver and a passenger were injured. They are currently under the supervision of doctors.
In connection with the situation, the responsible employees of the city’s Internal Affairs Department are conducting an investigation.
