On 31 January this year, the body of a 12-year-old girl with signs of violence and murder was found in the Yangihayat district of Tashkent. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Currently, the prosecutor's office of Yangihayot district has opened a criminal case under clauses "v", and "z" of Article 97, part 2 of the Criminal Code. A 29-year-old man, a suspect in a criminal case, was arrested by Article 221 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
For information, the suspect carried out repairs in the house of the deceased in the summer months of 2022 as a hired worker.
In addition, the prosecutor's office informed that to prevent cases of obstruction to the determination of the truth in this case, information that degrades the honor and dignity of citizens and other details will not be disclosed.
