16338Earlier, we reported that cold and wet air masses will enter all regions of Uzbekistan.
According to the Hydrometeorology Service Center, as a result of a lack of precipitation for an extended period, and the inversion of air temperature, on 17 October, from 18:00p.m. to 23:00p.m., the atmospheric air pollution of Tashkent city with small dust particles is expected to increase.
According to the data received, on 17 October at 16:48p.m., Tashkent became the most polluted city in the world.
In this regard, the following recommendations were made by Uzhydromet to the residents and visitors of Tashkent city:
• As much as possible, try not to leave the house;
• When on the street, it is necessary to wear a medical mask and change it every hour;
• In case of shortness of breath, runny nose, wheezing, flu, red and itchy eyes, severe itching in the throat, or cough, it is necessary to consult an allergist immediately;
• It is also recommended to rinse the nose and throat with a saline solution, keep the windows closed, and spread wet towels in front of the windows.
According to the data, Tashkent currently ranks first on the list of cities with the most polluted air in the world.
