A 20-year-old man fell into a coma after being poisoned by carbon monoxide in Tashkent region.  This was reported in the “Millar” program of the “Milliy” TV channel.

It is noted that the young man was alone at home that day.  In the evening, before going to sleep, he left the gas stove on so that the room he was in would not get cold.  As a result, he was poisoned by the soot gas that came out of the furnace.  The young man, who did not get up until late in the morning, was seen by his mother, who had gone to visit the day before, when she returned home.  She urgently called an ambulance.

“When the young man was brought to the hospital with a diagnosis of acute carbon monoxide poisoning, the patient’s condition was very serious, he was in coma-2.  He recieved first aid measures.  Currently, an artificial lung ventilator is being used.  After the treatments, his condition improved a little.  His current condition is in coma-1,” says resuscitator Umid Sirojov.
