This antibiotic also disrupts intestinal flora and destroys beneficial bacteria. In some cases, it can damage the liver or kidneys, alter blood composition, and cause headaches, dizziness, sleep disorders, or nervousness.

Earlier, in the Yangihayot district of Tashkent, a person was caught storing 16,249 units of the powerful drug "Zardex" in his rented house. A criminal case was initiated under Part 5 of Article 251-1 of the Criminal Code (manufacture, distribution, advertising, demonstration of products promoting potent substances that are not classified as narcotic drugs, their analogues or psychotropic substances, or illegal circulation of such substances or toxic compounds). A preventive measure of detention was applied.
