The five missiles sent by Afghanistan's side to the territory of Uzbekistan are the work of those who want to create a conflict between two friendly countries. This was reported by the Taliban-appointed Minister of Culture and Information, Zabihullah Mujahid.

“Those who launched a missile attack on Termez from the territory of Afghanistan aimed to create an atmosphere of mistrust between friendly Uzbekistan and Afghanistan”, - he said.

Zabihullah Mujahid reported that the Taliban had launched an operation to arrest and punish them.

It should be recalled that yesterday 5 July at 16:20pm, five missiles from Afghanistan struck the territory of Uzbekistan.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the relevant authorities of Uzbekistan, together with the Afghan side, are taking the necessary measures to identify the causes of the incident.
