Entrepreneur from Termez awarded Order of Friendship by President

By decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, businessman Bahrom Kayumovich Raupov, operating in the Surkhandarya region, has been awarded the Order of Friendship. This was reported by the press service of the President.

Bahrom Raupov is the founder of Surkhon Sandwich Limited Liability Company in the city of Termez. He received the award for his effective use of the opportunities created for entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan, his business acumen, and his successful implementation of progressive initiatives and innovative ideas in the industry. The recognition also highlights his role in producing import-substituting products, creating new jobs, contributing to economic reforms in the region, improving the well-being of the population, and actively participating in social life.

Notably, on February 7, during a videoconference meeting chaired by President Mirziyoyev on the development of the service sector, Bahrom Raupov informed the head of state about his work and plans. The President, in turn, thanked him for his efforts and announced that he would be awarded the Order of Friendship.

For reference, on January 30, at a meeting on a new system of profitable land cultivation, also chaired by President Mirziyoyev, Genjimurat Turdimuratov from Karakalpakstan was similarly awarded the Order of Friendship for his achievements in the agricultural sector.
