In Surkhandarya, the brothers who insulted the RPS employee were detained for 10 days, as reported by the regional Road Safety Service information.
On June 26 this year, in the Denov district of the Surkhondarya region, two brothers intentionally committed a crime by disobeying the lawful instructions of an RPS employee. A video circulating on social media captured one of the brothers using abusive language towards the employee.
Prompt measures led to the apprehension of the offenders on the same day. The collected evidence was promptly presented to the court.
The court found the brothers guilty under Articles 183 (petty hooliganism), 194 (disobeying lawful instructions of an employee of the internal affairs), and 135 (driving vehicles without the required documents as per traffic rules) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. Consequently, they were sentenced to 10 days of administrative imprisonment.
It's worth noting that previously in Tashkent city, an individual who insulted officers of the internal affairs was sentenced to 15 days of administrative imprisonment.
