The sick woman was taken for investigation in Surkhandarya

Videos depicting a woman lying in a hospital in the Boysun district of the Surkhandarya region being escorted for investigation by personnel from the prosecutor's office and several internal affairs officers have been circulating on social networks.

According to reports, G.R., who works as a senior nurse at the Boysun District Emergency Center, was arrested three days ago on August 5, 2023. She fainted during the interrogation at the prosecutor's office, leading to her admission to the intensive care unit. However, the district prosecutor ordered an immediate return of the woman for further questioning. The internal affairs personnel then transported the unwell woman for interrogation as per the order.

The individual who captured this incident on video claimed that there was injustice towards the woman lying in the hospital.

"Dear President, does this demonstrate respect for women? Following such incidents, people often perish in prisons. Even if a sick woman is forcefully apprehended for 73 million, such brutal actions are unwarranted. I am of the opinion that individuals are not subjected to such treatment even in cases of homicide," the person remarked."
