Two school students assaulted a 23-year-old man in Surkhandarya

A video depicting a young man being attacked by a crowd on the street has circulated widely on social media, prompting a response from the DIA of Surkhandarya region.
According to the authorities, the incident occurred on April 9th of this year. Two minors, identified as B.N. and M.N., allegedly conspired beforehand. The altercation took place in front of General Secondary School No. 59 in the "Gulchechak" neighborhood of Oltinsoy district. The victim, H.J., a resident of the "Qiziltepa" neighborhood, engaged in a dispute with them for unknown reasons.
During the altercation, the minors, B.N. and M.N., physically assaulted the victim, causing facial injuries.
Additionally, they were charged with hooliganism for disrupting public order and disregarding social norms.
In response to this incident, a criminal case has been initiated against the minors, B.N. and M.N., under Article 277, Part 2, Clause "b" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
