English Premier League club Manchester City is reportedly planning to loan out Uzbek defender Abdukodir Khusanov, according to "Thehardtackle".

The club's management is said to be considering this move to ensure the young defender continues his development and gains more regular game time.

City believes that Khusanov has already adapted well to the team, but due to fierce competition for places in the squad, he risks being sidelined without sufficient playing opportunities. A loan move to another club is viewed as a way to maintain his growth and match sharpness.

So far, Khusanov has featured in nine matches for Manchester City. However, he has missed the last five games, which has raised concerns about his future minutes on the pitch.

According to "Transfermarkt", the 20-year-old Uzbek international is currently valued at €35 million and is under contract with City until 2029.

It is worth noting that Manchester City recently secured a hard-fought win in the 34th round of the English Premier League.
