Javohir Sindorov, an 18-year-old Grandmaster hailing from Uzbekistan, will join the "Aeroflot Open" competition hosted in Moscow, Russia's capital, as announced by the "UzChess" project.

Scheduled from March 2nd to 8th, the tournament boasts a prize pool of 15 million rubles (equivalent to 165,000 US dollars). Established in 2002, the “Aeroflot Open” gained recognition in 2004 when it was listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest chess tournament globally.

Notably, Javohir Sindorov clinched victory in the 44th Chess Olympiad held in Chennai, India, and holds the esteemed "Pride of Uzbekistan" medal. He attained the Grandmaster title in 2019.
