Rustam Shoabdurakhmanov, who has held the post of chairman of the Fencing Federation of Uzbekistan since 2017, was relieved of his post following his own resignation application. This is reported by the press service under the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.

It was noted that the voluntary application of Rustam Shoabdurakhmanov was considered and approved by the delegates.

The post of chairman of the Fencing Federation of Uzbekistan was given to Maksud Abduvalievich Abdusamatov, chairman of the Board of the JSCB “Kapitalbank”.
In addition, Gulnara Saidova has also been re-elected as secretary-general of the Fencing Federation of Uzbekistan.

It should be recalled that Rustam Shoabdurakhmanov, who had held the post of chairman of the National Olympic Committee since May 2019, was relieved of his post on 17 February.
